Track Order

IMPORTANT: All orders between 11th Sep and 19th Sep are currently 'en route' aka in transit.

If your order number starts with 'YWBZ' this logistics company is slow to update their tracking numbers, but if you have ordered between the 11th and the 19th, it is in transit

For everyone else:

For orders between Sept 22nd and 26th are loaded on the plane and are ready to start travelling to your country, please give it some buffer as their is a special event in China right now called 'China National Day Golden Week' ( I know its a shock that the book is coming from China, but like most things you order from, it is from China)

For orders between Sept 26th to 29th, your order will be processed on Oct 3rd, with a second flight likely that same day.

Orders placed after October 1st are expected to be delivered around October 15th, as the logistics provider is scheduled to resume operations on October 4th following the October 1–3 holiday break.

We know this is a bad look on us, but we are very sorry for the poor quality of service that we are provided through delays in your orders.
