Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, please allow 6–10 business days for your order to arrive. Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 8–13 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Orvelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at Kyriakos@allaboutmedia.com.au and we'll look into it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to resolve it.
